Work/Life Balance Coaching

Balancing time related to work, family, friends, leisure, self-care, etc, does not mean that each gets an equal share of our daily waking hours.   Neither are our responsibilities and roles equally divided. If we have a family and a career outside the home, our time is not split straight down the middle. How do we decide to spend our time?  How do we divide up our day between what we need to do and what we want to do?
When life is so busy with work and family and all the daily responsibilities we may start to feel stressed all the time.  We forget why we do the things we do and what our reasons for doing them are. It all just feels like a long string of days too busy to enjoy or even feel successful about at the end of the day.

Balance is an inner state and is intimately connected to how we feel, what we think our purpose in life is and what we prioritize.
Knowing what the source is of that inner state of balance will allow us to thrive in all the various aspects and roles we have in our lives and feel a sense of joie de vivre again.
