Balancing time related to career, family, friends, and our health does not mean that each gets an equal share of our daily waking hours.  Our time is not split into equal portions.


When life gets so busy with work and family and all the daily responsibilities we may start to feel stressed and overwhelmed. 

 

We forget why we do the things we do and what our reasons for doing them are. It all just feels like a long string of days too busy to enjoy or even feel successful about at the end of the day.

 

How do we decide to spend our time?  How do we divide up our day between what we need to do and what we want to do?
